Another Keish version :)






The correct spelling is Quiche from French... Got this recipe from Mrs Johnston (at BBQ party in her house).... not very detail but it makes me curious, so internet is my source....Tapi macam biasa la.. ubah ikut cara dan citarasa tersendiri...

Resepi:
Untuk kulit atau pie dough (crust); We need flour, soft butter, a little bit of salt and cold water. All mix together until really soft, put in the plastic bag or freezer bag and put in the fridge for about 4 hours.

Untuk inti; 5 eggs, salt, ground black paper, dry oregano, fresh basil/parsley, chop onions & garlic. Also, cheese: use any type of cheese you like and any veg you like. Combine together, be careful, don't over beat the eggs!!

Preheat oven to 350°F. Unroll crust and place in pie plate; pierce crust with fork. Put the filling, bake in the oven for about 35minutes. After cooked, cool ~5 minutes on wire rack. Cut into wedges, serve...
