Keish ( Quiche )


I love Quiche ( keish) because it's easy to make and the taste is so lovely.. I made many version before but honest I love the veggie one! so here the recepe..

For the crust, just need flour, butter, salt and water OR you can buy ready made one.. easy!
Ingredient for filling, you can put anything you like, like my version so simple and easy..
Just combined eggs, garlic, red onion, a little olive oil, milk ,pepper, black pepper, a bit salt, origano, parsley ( fresh one is better), mild Cheddar Cheese, spring onion, mushrooms and tomato. Pour the mixture on the crust( pie pastry) and bake for about 35 minutes.. Serve
