Sea Bream with Chilli Sauce


Recipe from my mother.. tq mum.. :)

Ingredients:

600g sea bream
vegetable oil
3 red dry chillies
3cloves garlic
1/2 onion
1 fresh tomato/ dry tomato
salt
pepper
1tsp sugar

Step 1; Prepare the fish.

Clean and dry the Bream.. Score the fish skin with sharpe knife.. Heat the oil ( enough to cover the fish) and fry until it cooked . Drain on tray with the kitchen towel.

Step 2; to make a sauce

Take the seeds out from chilli and soaked the chillies in the hot water for a while.. Blend the chilli, garlic, onion and tomato until it becomes smooth puree..
Heat the pan, and put 3 tsp oil and fry the puree until it become fragrance, add a bit salt, pepper and sugar.. If the sauce too dry add a bit of water.. Stir it all together and remove from the heat..

Step 3.. Serve

Place fish onto serving plate and spoon over chilli sauce.. Ready to serve.. :)


Tips: If you dont like it too spicy, reduce the amount of chilli used.
